The 49ers returned from 13 points down in the principal half, and one point with 53 seconds forgot about to pull a wild 48-46 win in New Orleans.

A game between two NFC heavyweights didn't disillusion, and just because this season, the 49ers turned out on the correct finish of a very late field objective.

There was a lot to detract from that one. Here's some of what we realized:

Jimmy Garoppolo wins it with his arm

Garoppolo on Sunday did what a lot of individuals have theorized he couldn't do.

He won a high-scoring game, against a decent resistance, with his arm.

Garoppolo finished 26 of 35 tosses for 349 yards, four touchdowns, and one capture attempt.

The turnover was a decent throw to Emmanuel Sanders that bobbed off the beneficiary's hands before skimming to a Saints protector.

New Orleans is as antagonistic a street situation as the 49ers will see, and their protection is among the class' ideal.

Garoppolo was cash all game and is playing his best football at the most urgent time.
